  • Overall, they got the job done and handled our belongings well, but I was disappointed with the timing and efficiency. They arrived about 1.5 hours late with no communication or update. Once they arrived, loading the truck took much longer than I expected. We had everything completely prepped for them, furniture was wrapped and ready to go, and we brought almost everything directly out to the truck so their main job was loading and organizing it. Given how prepared we were, I don’t feel it should have taken nearly as long as it did. I appreciate that they completed the job, but better communication and a faster pace would have made the experience much better.
