• The service that was provided by this so called company was very very poor and very unprofessional. They did over $2500 of damage to furniture. They did not wrap majority of the furniture with blankets for safety. They put scotch tape to wood furniture and ruined the dresser finishing. They laid a dining table on the floor and walked across it. They were so unprofessional during the move and got into numerous verbal alterations that lead to a physical altercation. One guy punched another in the face. They then do not show up the next morning to finish the job and when I called to see where they were they did not answer. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Worst service I’ve ever received.

  Client was present the entire move and could of stopped services at any time due to his concerns. Client had asked for two additional workers and added last minute services then refused to pay the rest of the bill the police was contacted and a police report was made for the thief of services

• Pro Relocate was proactive with their communication, and were able to get my job started early. They had same-day service at a fraction the cost of some of what their competitors were quoting me.

• I would not recommend this company. The provider paid themselves before the job was even initiated. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel services with this provider. The company was made aware 1-2 hours before the set time. I asked for a refund in which they agreed. A week after the agreement, I reached out about said refund. The company became unresponsive via text. Moving Help was also no help in the same regards and refused to hold Pro Relocate accountable. Do not use them.
