Wehaul contacted me three seperate times within 24 hours of my move to confirm the time and job to be completed, however at the time of the unloading, the two men who showed up were provided misinformation from Wehaul regarding their job. They were informed that they would be moving one singular table, when I had hired Wehaul to unload a 16ft moving truck. The two men were very confused, however still completed the job thankfully. The men also told me that they were hired off of craigslist by Wehaul and there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication. Although they did complete the job, the men were not professional movers and it made for a stressful experience.
