  • First the only communication was through text. Every time I called, i would get a text to respond by text. A couple of things got broken upon arrival at new location in Texas. The movers didn’t load my truck properly. The back of the arcade game is broken. The movers was nice but didn’t load properly. Also Destiny text me to remove my review experience or update it. I expl why should I remove what experience I had with the movers. I was only being honest. If I had to ever use them again. I would tell them where to put things on the truck and how to position my things on the truck. Thanks for allowing me an opportunity to give my review and experience.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that when we spoke with you regarding your initial 4-star review, you stated that your only concern was how the truck was loaded. We explained that the truck was loaded according to your instructions regarding the order in which your storage units were to be loaded. Our movers followed the loading plan you requested. Also during the move and after it was never communicated that any items were broken. If so, we could have addressed it accordingly during the move. At any point if you were unsatisfied with the loading of your items it would have been best to cancel. Additionally your move was completed over a week ago and you had already posted a review at that time. Given that the matter was previously discussed and resolved, this updated review appears more like a personal attack than a reflection of the service provided. We appreciate all honest feedback but we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the facts of the move.
