Kwaku and team were AWESOME! From the day I booked, there was great communication and I felt confident things would be squared away once moving day arrived. Although delayed by U-Haul’s processes on moving day (no fault of his), he remained in contact to keep us updated on his projected arrival. During the unloading process they were efficient, courteous, and careful! My items were moved from the loading dock, down hallways, up an elevator, and into my apartment quicker than I expected. They were friendly and personable and willing to go the extra mile to help us get settled in our new place. I would definitely recommend onylway hauling to anyone moving to, from, or around DC!
