    Ignored request for 10 AM time and assigned 9 AM close to move, 20 minutes late day of move, loaded a dolly I asked them not to pack that required unloading. Not very attentive to fragile + do not stack boxes

    Hands 2 Hands

    After being asked not to touch certain items one of the movers did anyway and ended up shattering my less than one year old 75 inch TV. The supervisor said I should be getting my new replacement in less than a week. Ideally I will update this comment if or when they make it right and replacement is in hand. I only tipped them $20 because of this issue.
