• I don't know if I got lucky to be blessed with the A-Team or if every Clear Moving team is this extraordinary, but they set a high bar for everyone else to try to measure up to! The team was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient - despite the summer heat! I had a big move into a storage unit and it was clear right from the outset that this team had significant experience as they worked cohesively to quickly and carefully unload the truck and Tetris the pieces into their places so securely that a person could climb across if they so chose. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would because this team absolutely deserves it! Thank you!

• The movers from Clear Moving were professional, hardworking, and carried several heavy items up two flights of stairs, which I truly appreciated. However, there were some concerns that affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, I noticed wall damage, including chipped paint, a broken door stop, and multiple stains on the walls. These issues will require me to cover the cost of repairs in my brand-new townhome. To improve future service, I recommend the use of proper moving tools or lifting straps, as well as protective wear such as head coverings to help minimize contact with walls and surfaces. Additionally, offering a partial refund or discount when damage does occur would go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.

  We are very surprised and disappointed by this review as the client never once mentioned any damage or dissatisfaction during or after the move. There was no communication no photos no messages no calls indicating that anything went wrong. In fact the interaction we had was positive Had we been informed we would have gladly addressed the issue. We have a repair technician available specifically for situations like this. Mistakes can happen during a move but we pride ourselves on correcting them when brought to our attention It is disheartening to receive negative feedback without ever being given a chance to make it right. We are not sure if this review was written with another motive in mind but we had absolutely no idea anything was wrong. We take customer service seriously and all we ask is the opportunity to respond when there is a concern We tried to reach out to this client after reading this review and it appears we are blocked.
