  • Communication was great leading up to the packing help. Packers were ok. The owner, person you communicate with, was clear before that he knew I would need more time and asked me to work it outside of the website. We did exactly that and negotiated extra time with his helpers. Apparently he has a big issue with that and started insulting me, comparing himself to the Microsoft CEO and saying I was taking advantage of him by working directly with his team. I would not use him again if there were no other options.

    We spoke and I even told you it sounded like it was going to be over 2 hours. You paid for packing for 2 hours for a job that took 5 hours. I said I could of added hours to movinghelp for the additional 3 hours and you then paid my guys for the extra 3 hours cash without talking to the owner of the company! No one makes negotiations especially with there workers behind my back and thats why I said you pulled a fast one and took advantage of movinghelp and my services. Everything was fine until they made negotiations after the 2 hours they prepaid thru MH. You could of called me and asked hey can I use your labor for 3 more hours so my parents can get packed fully? But you did not and your parents negotiated with my packers.So yes I do not like get taken advantage of especially when its manual labor. Again your not just going behind my back but your going behind MH back by paying my guys cash for an hourly rate that never was discussed.
