• They were almost 2 hours late. They tried to stall time. Owner called saying it was gonna take more than the requested time so he will have to charge me when we go over. I told him no this should not take more than 3 hours. I had asked him the day prior if he had a dolly. He said he did. Workers came with no dolly. When I called and asked him, he said HE has it but not his workers. Told him that served me no purpose. I would have added a dolly to my U-Haul reservation had I known. Sounded like he didn’t want to help me. Came to the conclusion he would come out the next day to move my washer and dryer and aquarium. After the job was complete, I refused to give the pay code. Insisted this was a family business and his workers need to get paid and I have ‘his word’ he will come. Made him send me an email confirming he would be there the next day to finish the time. He stopped responding to me the next day. Not answering calls or text. The company is a scam. And my furniture looks terrible
