I can’t say enough good things about Ahmed and Bishal from Reliable Moving Co booked through U-Haul. They helped unload my 20-ft truck and carry everything up to the 4th floor. Even though the job was booked for 3 hours they finished it in just 2 hours so I could return the truck on time. I had to reschedule three times due to a US Canada border delay and each time they were patient polite and totally understanding. They arrived on time handled all items with care and were incredibly respectful throughout. I was truly impressed by their attitude and work ethic. 5 stars well deserved.

It was not a good experience. Two movers showed up. One of the movers left all of a sudden even before starting. It took another 2.5 hours for them to find someone else to help. They dented and broke a lot of our furniture. Despite all of these grievances, they gave me a hard time negotiating a fair adjusted price.

Both guys were very hard working and careful not to damage any property. Made moving easy and would definitely recommend.
