  • I had staged all my belongings within a space that was the size of the Ubox because I wanted to make sure it would all fit, that the weight was well distrubited, that everything was stacked around the same height so there was less risk of things falling, and most importantly that my bike would be very safe. I explained this all to the movers, and acknowledged that they could do it a different way if they thought that was better. They ended up doing it a different way, but they didn't communicate what they were going to do, which made me nervous. In the end they put my bike in a position that I wasn't comfortable with, but it seemed 'good enough'. I think next time it would be beneficial if they could at least acknowledge that they weren't going to do it my way, and explain what their plan is.
