Chief and his assistant (I think was his sister) were great! We had some very heavy furniture to be moved and she rolled with him like a pro! The only con was we agreed upon an earlier time which I appreciated very much, yet they were still 40 minutes late and we were on a tight schedule but I wouldn't hold that against them because they worked hard and got the job done!
