Although the helpers sent to me were courteous, they were inexperienced. They did not know how to load a uhaul properly and were slow. I ended up having to help coordinate and do a lot of heavy lifting to get the uhaul packed. When speaking to the owner he admitted he sends his experienced people to the 6hr+ jobs and anything below 6hrs he sends new or inexperienced people. Regardless of how many hours I needed or how much he was going to make off of me, I should be treated with the same regards as anyone paying more. That is how you get repeat business. I hired them to load my uhaul but hired a different company to unload it. Would never try this company again even if I need 6hr+.
