• My overall experience was good. The areas that were great was the interaction with the movers. They were communicative, efficient. They often stepped in to assist me when they saw me doing something or helped when I asked. The areas not so great were they did not inform me they were running late. I reached out because my truck rental was taking longer to process than anticipated. Had I not reached out, I would not have known they would be late. I received an additional invoice mid move regarding an item that I asked to be taken to the corner rather than placed on my truck. This was done without even checking in about the move or where things stood. As a business owner, I understand getting paid for services rendered, I disagree with how it was done and when. I would recommend the movers, I would not recommend their dispatcher.

• We had a fantastic experience with our movers. They were kind, helpful, and efficient. Would highly recommend using this company, especially if you have a challenging move, with multiple large items in a small entry space.

• Overall a great experience. We did pay for 3 hours and it only took 2 and we did ask for a few things to be moved but they declined because they were not on the list. It's impossible to remember everything in my house when I am out of state, so I found that to be a little petty that they would not move a few items even though we paid them for 3 hours and it only took 2 hours. And then to say we would be charged more when we didn't even get the full 3 hours. I think the system overall needs some revamping so that if you pay for 3 hours, you get 3 hours regardless. I'm not sure if that's a U-Haul issue or their company issue, but overall it did not leave a very good feeling. Having owned my own businesses for over 30 years, I think I would have done things differently in that instance. Having never paid for movers before, we did not know what to expect or how long it would actually take, as I'm sure most people are in the same boat as we are.

  A gun safe 2 smaller separate safes and an ammunition storage locker filled with ammunition are all considered heavy specialty items which are chargeable pieces you guys needed moved that we indeed move with no hassle that was not listed as in the message states anything not listed can be subject to an extra charge Only the ammunition storage locker was considered for an extra charger being well over 100lbs and the customer declined
