  • First I was never told that I needed to rent a u-haul truck until they were about to show up. They did say they would help with half. Never did. They worked hard but completely disregarded the fragile written on boxes. I had so far one very personal item broken because of that. I paid for 3 hours. They decided to take an almost 30 min. Break and eat. Which is fine but then counted that as part of my 3 hours. They the said I had to pay for another hour. I then said I was going to leave a cash tip but can’t do that if I paid for another hour. So then they disregarded the extra hour and took the cash tip. I also told them at the beginning about the stairs. Which they weren’t told. I did say when booking about the stairs. Overall they were nice. I also get I can’t do anything about my broken object. But they weren’t caring about the boxes and just trying to get the job done. I will not hire from this moving company again.

    hey sorry to hear to here that the movers did there best part and even went out there way to drive the truck which they was not supposed to. the movers went beyond and above to help even with the rain can you give us a call
