• This provider showed major policy & safety issues. The owner arrived an hour late with no notice. One mover spent most of the job texting & talking on his phone while the other took repeated breaks. I had to empty half of the 10 x 5 unit myself. After 1.5 hours the owner said they could not finish. They had only loaded 13 small boxes & none of the large items. When I questioned the lack of work the owner demanded extra money & refused U-Haul payment, insisting on cash or Cash App only; a direct violation of U-Haul policy. After paying for one more hour they loaded a bed & dresser then left, abandoning the job & leaving me with a paid 26 foot truck & an unfinished move. This provider showed unreliability, unprofessional conduct, off platform payment demands & job abandonment. U-Haul should review immediately.
