• Semaj was very good but Jarvis threw several items and broke them. We had boxes busted with items laying in the truck and garage, 3 pieces of wooden antique furniture that was seriously damaged, including the door on an armoire rendered inoperable, legs on a wooden chest completely smashed from the base, and I personally saw Jarvis throw an item down to the floor. My partner and I discussed terminating and hiring different movers during this move because of Jarvis’ unprofessionalism in handling our move. Fortunately, Semaj insisted that the furniture be properly disassembled and reassembled despite Jarvis claiming neither bed could be disassembled due to stripped screws. One of the beds I personally removed the screws after Jarvis determined the bed was not able to be disassembled. This was a terrible experience only improved by Semaj’s willingness to overcome the challenges presented by Jarvis. I tipped both movers independently but disproportionately based on these issues.

• They were great and showed up right on time. They were professional and I know I could not have made my move without them. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
