I will have to say the owner was very polite and cordial but follow through with commitment was poor. Sent one man out for the first two and half hours and then the second came out but by this time the first guy was loading without the proper equipment and they damaged three brand new pieces of furniture valuing $5500 dollars. First thing she said was I take full responsibility for the damage and then followed up with every excuse in the book to blame others. I will say if you have options then stay as far away from this company as possible. I’m left footing the repairs they damaged after the fact and an ungodly expense already to move. Then to top it off she had the audacity to say to me when you cool off view the photos provided that shows everything was intact. Hello, how about in between the apartment and the truck not to mention the dolly they used was an old rusted dolly. Good luck with the future of this company and U-haul you need to find a better referral to use.
