• Overall, I WAS happy enough with the work Lyman and his team did for me. They didn’t do perfect work, didn’t wrap things all the way, didn’t pack the truck the best, and did not tie anything down. It was good enough for me long as nothing was broken. However, my 50 inch TV would not turn on after taking it out the box. I made a claim and gave details on the incident I think caused the problem. They did their best. They were working hard and did not take breaks, they cleaned up after themselves, helped me move items to the curb, tightened the legs on my dining room table, and had no problem disconnecting my washer and dryer. Though after the dishonesty with the safeload claim, I will not be using them again and will avoid. I do not recommend them to anyone with safeload protection unless you have cameras covering every area where movers will be working. Be sure to give yourself ‘peace of mind’ by doing this since having safeload will not. Want to explain more but have character limit.

  i never reply to this but, thanks for your praise but dis honest where, your tv was not plug in when we got there so you want to take the hit for something we never verified worked? like you said we went above and beyong but the trying to tarnish my reputation is sad.

• These guys were so great!! They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and so polite. They worked and unloaded my entire truck very quickly but remained efficient and careful. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend hiring these kind guys!
