can not get in touch with movers, will not answer and other numbers goes to vm.

Customer very unhappy with service. Moving Help provider was rude and not helpful. He was unable to call the provider...phone would not go through. Then moving helper would call back. They did finally get in touch and agreed on a time. Then an hour before the mover called and said can't help. Customer not pleased at all.
