The owner was extremely rude and condescending. The movers didn’t have proper tools and had no clue how to take apart an ikea bed frame. They broke a few things and they charged me extra time when they were late!!!
Gene is a nice guy and works really hard. It seems like he over-books himself, however, and then couldn't meet the timeframes that were promised. Overall, we were grateful for the help.
