The moving company originally confirmed the appointment, however called me on the day of the appointment and let me know they are unable to accommodate this day any longer. I had to cancel because I could not have kept a loaded U-Haul truck for several days over Christmas

Overall, the movers were generous and hard working. The move was as done under the four hours. The down side is that not everything in my apartment was moved due to not using the UHaul space correctly.
