Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The company had good communication and was very helpful in the move. The only problem I had with the move was that one of my TVs was damaged during the move by this company. When I was filling out the claim, they claimed they had never moved a TV, which was not true, causing me to have to pay out of pocket for the damages. Other than that, the moving company was fine.
They were great and super fast
My furniture was damaged from being dragged across the floor after I repeatedly asked that it be picked up. I even suggested we help to carry things (me, my father, 2 helpers) and they refused. My mattress was dragged out of the truck, across the ground outside and down the hallway in the building. The cover was ripped and the mattress is now dirty. The mattress was only a year old and has only been used with a protector so there were no stains or dirt on it before.
