The process seemed easy to set up but they were actually one and a half hours late but we still got charged the 2 hours even though i had most of it out. They probably had 35 40 minutes by the time they got there. It was middle of Manhatten and they did say they got delayed with another move but i was illegally parked with pressure of cops trying to unload a uhaul. Had they have been there on time the service would have been excellent. I gave each guy 50 cash as they were following instruction from a boss i assume and couldn't leave the other job.
