They were rather rough on our furniture in an effort to be faster (as their name implies). They put more weight on the sofa arms than they should have. Each guy tried to carry most heavy pieces of furniture individually rather than work as a pair. As a result, they tended to lean pieces of furniture on the side scratching the lower sides of legs of furniture while trying to get it on and off a dolly. They didn't provide moving dollies as every other mover that we have used through U-Haul has done so we had to rent 2 dollies.

They were sooo accommodating and fast. They moved everything within 2 hours and didnt complain about 3 flights of stairs. I would more than definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
