• The movers showed up 45 minutes late and didn’t call me to let me know - I had to reach out to them after the start time to find out where they were. The truck I used was probably too small, but I think they did not load it well which led to me having to throw away some of my items. They loaded the queen size mattress last which did not seem the most efficient way to load the truck. The movers were polite and professional, but I was unhappy with how the job was completed.

  Caitlyn, The truck you had rented was a 10ft U-Haul intended for a studio apartment, not the 2 bedroom that you had. We packed the truck to the best of our ability & also to cushion in everything safely to prevent any breaking,scratches as you did not tell us you were moving 3 hours away, nor did you indicate the need for us to bring blankets,plastic,straps or provide any of your own. In the end, we effectively loaded every single item in the truck with the exception of a small stain-covered office chair. We were in fact 40 mins late due to traffic from an accident which we could not control. To make up for this, we provided you with 20 extra mins of labor at no charge. If you ever move in the future, feel free to read the criteria on the U-Haul website for the appropriate sized truck to rent for your apartment or else you will have to leave things behind again & another unfortunate moving company will have a poor review for something that was not their fault.
