  • The vendor was 2 hours late and it was upto me to ensure that he knew where ro go to pick up the Ubox. He didn't check beforehand and went to the incorrect pickup location.

  • They contacted Uhaul & told them I wanted to cancel after asking me for the payment code but I never wanted to cancel this service. They did not deliver my Uboxes and complete the service. I am still expecting the service that I paid for
