    My overall experience was good. The areas that were great was the interaction with the movers. They were communicative, efficient. They often stepped in to assist me when they saw me doing something or helped when I asked. The areas not so great were they did not inform me they were running late. I reached out because my truck rental was taking longer to process than anticipated. Had I not reached out, I would not have known they would be late. I received an additional invoice mid move regarding an item that I asked to be taken to the corner rather than placed on my truck. This was done without even checking in about the move or where things stood. As a business owner, I understand getting paid for services rendered, I disagree with how it was done and when. I would recommend the movers, I would not recommend their dispatcher.
