Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
After many hours driving one one side of Texas to the other, packing for a week straight abd being over 35 years old having some unloading help was greatly appreciated! I cannot recommend MoveRight enough! Very professional, thorough, and honestly with 2 people they unloaded the 26’ truck so fast! The team communicated with me a few days before the move confirming scheduling and the day of the move! 100 out of 10 service and team!!
The movers showed up on time. They were very courteous and professional. They packed out our items with extreme care and there was no damage to the items or the house. I would recommend Moving Help to all of our friends and family. They deserve 5-Stars in all aspects.
Movers were slow and inefficient. Charged an extra $100 for piano moving, which was only accepted via apps or cash. The extra charge for the piano was communicated after we had started loading and the payment methods were only communicated at the very end when giving the payment code. Very inconvenient and a little sketchy, had to wait while someone else went to get cash. You should be able to add to the bill and pay at the end and additional fees for specific items or services should be communicated when booking.
