It was evident that they were getting annoyed by the end of the trip. They were constantly telling my mom and boyfriend to finish moving items when they move them to the top of the stairs. When I told them my mom hurt her back from helping load the truck they began to speak Spanish and say that they’re mad we weren’t helping them and they would have to do it all themselves. After that they put my book shelf sideways in the middle of the room instead of standing it up along the wall. They put my desks upside down in the middle of the room as well.

I speak Spanish and it was still hard to communicate with them from time to time. The movers wanted my boyfriend and mom to help move things. A few things were handled roughly and because of that paint was chipped off and some plastic containers were broken during the move. They did however for many things in the 10’ truck that I got.

Everyone exceeded my expectations. Communication was great, workers were on time and made excellent use of the time. Job was completed with such ease. Made my day! Many thanks for a job well done!
