Please note all MovingHelper orders does not include customer vehicle driving, crew travel between worksites, item assembly+reassembly, moving tools or packing materials. For each KM travelled between worksites, worktime of 5min will be counted to reimburse crew time, fuel and vehicle depreciation. For each flight of stairs, please add one hour of service time. For each single item over 200LB, excluding piano, please order Safe Move service via Moving Helper platform. Piano moving is not provided by us on Moving Helper platform. By booking with us on Moving Helper platform, customer will waive all cargo liability and general liability to properties, regardless of property owner. Usual work hour is between 9AM to 9PM.

  • Michael, the owner was great but his helper, Mike, left something to be desired. It was obvious he had very little experience moving furniture. While the 26’ truck was well packed nothing was tied down and over the 200 km drive everything shifted, a lot, making the unloading very difficult. Hence my 3 star review.
