• I have not heard from Taskmann since the order on 12/12/2024. I tried reaching out with in 24 hours of the move but no response. I therefore just made arrangements with friends to complete the service.

• I had a highly disappointing experience with this moving company. From start to finish, their handling of the move fell far below professional standards. First, several pieces of my furniture were damaged during the move. The movers didn’t inform me of the damage. I only discovered it as they were leaving. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they advised me to file a claim. After three weeks of waiting, I was told they were not liable because I hadn’t purchased moving insurance through U-Haul—an option that wasn’t even available to me during booking. Additionally, I booked the movers for two hours to load and unload my small studio apartment. However, they used the entire two-hour window just to load the truck, running up the clock unnecessarily. This forced me to pay for an additional two-hour minimum when unloading the truck only took about 30 minutes. Overall, the lack of transparency, care for my belongings, and inefficient use of time made this a very frustrating experienc

  Hello Holly, We are very sorry for this unfortunate event but our team is not to be entirely blamed. When booking our services, you agree to our terms and conditions that clearly states, we are not liable for any damages to your furnitures. There is an option on our website that provides insurance for moves which was not purchased by you. Also we truck was not driven by one of our movers to ensure proper care of your furniture. We cannot be responsible for any damages during transportation. Furthermore it is the customer responsibility to provide the movers with proper padding to protect the furniture, and as for your move no padding was provided when asked. The movers went as fast as they could and the reason it took so long is because there was a lot of odd objects that were not packed into boxes. This means the movers had to do separate trips to the truck with each odd items which made the move long. Thanks Taskmann Team

• I am a very good at packing but was too tired to do this myself. I was relieved that the guys moving my belongings into the truck were exceptional and I could relax.
