• The 3 guys that showed up were helpful enough. The main guy kept on telling his crew that things wouldn't fit (e.g., a mattress going up the stairs), and they had to actively ignore him to keep working and get stuff done.

  This move was an unload only. I would assume he is referring to his loading crew. Here at Friendly Movers, all of our movers are positive and highly motivated. The foreman on scene is our most respected and experienced mover that our crew members would have to listen to. Nothing that we have on our end matches what this review is saying. I think the client is confused about the loading and unloading crews that he had. But I do question the packing skills and possibly the leadership of the loading crew.
