I called prior to my move and requested a 0900 start time and was told it could be accommodated. The day of, I heard no communication until I called after 0915 and was then told the movers would arrive around 1100. The movers did not arrive until 1300 with no further communication. I wasn’t sure they were going to show up. However, the movers were efficient once they arrived, but they piled my belongings in the U-Haul. Nice wooden furniture stacked on top of furniture without moving blankets between (which were provided) resulting in numerous scuff marks. My TV was wrapped in a blanket and laid face down on a metal sofa prong, which resulted in it becoming shattered during transit. My glass dishes were packed in a plastic bin and the words ‘DO NOT STACK’ were written on top, but the bin ended up on the bottom of two other bins. Paid $200 for help, but it’ll cost me an extra $300 now. Use caution and oversee the packing if you care about your stuff, because it doesn’t seem they do.
