  Steve and his wife were great. Only issue, not their fault, 2nd mover did not show up, so wife had to help him. We also pitched in to help. Cash tipped them both at site.

  Timely 3 helpers for 26 truck. I praised them for their demonstrated hard work. These soldier-like men loaded manually with the exception of appliances. Good resolution to a washer appliance disconnect issue to get it loaded. Good strategy on wrapping using blankets as economical. Cautions—I was given an assessment that everything could fit on truck. First time ever noticeable, noticeable (not a typo) empty space in top of truck with items left in house even when I purchased additional hour. Furniture wrapped with plastic and thin blankets. Only one handle knocked off but this could have been prevented with more consistent wrapping with blankets or pads. Loading procedures and use of time might have unintended consequences for completing in timely manner. Also, an issue with distraction with other outside task. Tip is being used to rent another truck. I would consider using again and recommending to others.

  They were exceptional - such great job completed timely and their performance, quality and dedication was superb- they handled everything like if this was their own furniture being moved - thank you both so much for your help, would have not been able to complete without your help - Rosa and Sandy
