Initial communication was great after booking, and they were very responsive with confirmations. The day-of move communication was more spotty. They arrived over 2 hours after time expected, and it was not clear to me what was happening during the time period until later. Also, it seemed that they did not understand that we had booked delivery and unload. I think they thought they were just delivering the boxes. They didn't have dollies, straps or protective gear for our floors. There were only two men (three would have been needed to unload 3 boxes quickly). They are polite and accommodated our requests the best they could. They worked very hard while they were here until the job was done.
