    They requested me to adjust my plans to meet 2h earlier but then showed up 1h40min late. By the time they arrived I had already moved most of the stuff out of the truck. Then despite having ample time to complete a small job they rushed and I did not feel they prioritized the safe handling of our furniture. I let them go after 1h since was no more work left - ideally there would be a mechanism with Movinghelp to only pay for the time they were working
