• The reason for the negative review is primarily with company management and not necessarily the movers (although they weren’t the best). I asked the day before what pickup time worked best, and was told that 8am would be no problem. I made other pickup arrangements during the day based on this start time. The first mover didn’t arrive until after 820. I got nothing but excuses about the second mover for 2.5 hours. The agent at one point said ‘I am very responsible in my work and we provide excellent service’. When the second mover finally arrived 2.5 hours late, they did an average job packing the truck. It took them a while to figure it out the arrangement and they kept forgetting my request to keep a mattress and box spring close to the door. I cannot say that I recommend this company due to poor communication and accountability.
