Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers arrived on time and let me know ahead of time that they were on their way. During the entire time loading they were all very professional and friendly, and even though we needed to book an additional hour to finish up they had no trouble with it and got everything done. Would hire again
The movers arrived 4 hours late and were not physically equipped to conduct the job. They complained about how heavy the boxes were and ended up working for far longer than expected. They knew we lived on the second floor and had 3 uBoxes, and it was their decision to take this job and show up late. Despite asking them in advance to bring tools to help us assemble the beds, they showed up without tools and refused to assemble the beds the day of so we had to sleep on the couch.
GREAT service. The communication was great pre and during the move. They moved fast and efficient and really impressed us with how they loaded the truck. 5 stars, will recommend to my friends!
