  We confirmed the day before we were supposed to start loading at 7am. They called and said they would be here at 7.15, they arrived at 7.25am. They said the online map took them down a dirt path that no one has ever had happen in 6 years living here. Oh well, that was minor. However they were told up front what items remained, here’s the pads I rented from UHaul to pad the tables and saw, and here’s rope so we can tie it all down. They had half the truck loaded before I noticed they hadn’t used one pad or one rope. I stopped them to put a pad underneath one of the tables and asked that they tie stuff to the sides, especially the heavy items, so they wouldn’t shift. When we arrived at the location only ONE item was tied to the sides, several items had shifted and several boxes were on the floor, and they only used 3 of the 12 pads. They acted like they’d never done a move before or maybe they just didn’t care because they arrived late and figured there was no tip in it. I’m not happy.
