  • They arrived a couple of hours later than estimated, but once they arrived, they were very efficient and unloaded two full U-Boxes in about an hour. Unfortunately, they did scratch up my kitchen hardwood floors pretty noticeably when placing my deep freezer into my kitchen. There was more damage underneath the freezer than I could see when they were still on-site, and I'll have to replace a few panels for cosmetic reasons. One of my belongings (a small office desk) was placed upside down on the floor, but otherwise, they unloaded the boxes where I asked and were quick.
