  • I thought the 3 person crew did did a great job. I was really impressed UNTIL items were unloaded. Many of the furniture pieces are damaged. Scratches and chips on wood items, punctures in leather pieces. I had 48 furniture pads and moving wrap. The loaders don’t use any of the wrap and apparently not enough padding. Strap marks and dirt on my sofas, crushed plastic totes due to improper stacking. I can’t recommend due to the number of times that are marred, scratched, punctured.

    Hello, we are the unloaders vs the loaders, we are the ones who told you about the damage. This should not count for us as we are the ones who unloaded rhe truck vs loaded
