Three young teenagers showed up to move all of our stuff and were completely careless with all of our things. We have scratches and dents all over our furniture, in our old apartment as well as our new apartment. I reached out to the movers for help or compensation for the damages and I am being ignored. Please do not use Efficient Love and Care.

Efficient love and care -
Crew showed up an hour and 40 minutes late to the job. I had scheduled my U-haul to be returned right after the job, and that meant I ended up having to pay for an extra day of having the truck. If they had communicated to me their actual ETA, I could have called and extended my truck by the hour, but they were not communicative at all. I like the guys, but the professionalism just wasn't there.
