I am disappointed with my experience with Executive Kings LLC. I hired & paid for a crew of 2 movers for 4 hours to help load my truck. Unfortunately, the service provided did not match what was promised. The movers arrived approximately 50 minutes late with no communication, & while 2 people arrived, only 1 was able to work for most of the job. The 2nd person worked for about 20 minutes before becoming overheated & spent the rest of the appointment sitting in the truck. As a result, my father stepped in to help load the truck with the mover in order to complete the job. I appreciate the effort of the mover who continued working & remained professional throughout the process, but I did not receive the 2-person service that I paid for. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, but customers should receive the level of service they purchase or be offered an appropriate adjustment when that is not possible. I cannot recommend this service without reservation.
