  • DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! This mover damaged multiple pieces of furniture and gouged and scratched several walls and doors causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. When I tried to communicate with them to get their insurance information they did not comply. They may be cheap, but the overall cost was many times the price of a more expensive mover with more care for customers' home and belongings.

    Dear Ron,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. On every move UHAUL Teams offers to pack furniture with blankets & plastic wrap (load & unload). You denied this option. Twice. Nonetheless, we are deeply concerned to hear about your experience, as this does not reflect our standards of care. We have your case under review & have received 73 pics of an UNLOADING. We take all feedback seriously in a DIY case, but we must clarify that our internal records, and moving documentation does not align with the scale you have described so far.
