• Hired three movers for a three hour unloading job from a Pod into a condo. They were 20 minutes late arriving, and didn't call to say they were on the way. When they arrived, they didn't have dolly's. When I reached out to the office, the scheduler, Pam said that wasn't in the job description. I've used Moving Help seven times in three cities nationwide and this was the first time I've ever heard of movers not having their own dolly's for a 3 bedroom move. Good thing I had a dolly that they used to finish the job on time. Two guys were careful with my furniture, but the third just didn't seem to care. He dropped a wooden item and then hit my armoire on the side of the entry door twice. I said, yo, dude back up and take your time. Thankfully it was wrapped. I did not hire this company to unload my second Pod a few days later.

• Monty and his team were amazing, came in on time, figured out a way to pack it firmly and then started moving things quickly. One thing I was bummed about was that they didnt bring a dolly but they worked they way around it. Also gave me some extra rope they had to secure the furniture. Fun guys. Moved all the stuff out within 2 hours exactly. Definitely recommended!!

• The movers were pleasant, polite, and easy to work with. They accommodated us and were excellent! We highly recommend them, definitely would use them again!
