• The movers arrived over two hours late and waited in the parking lot instead of coming to my door. There was no introduction, just a nod when I asked if they were the movers. I explained the plan, but one pushed back and insisted on a different order that didn’t make sense. They wasted time rearranging items I had already loaded, so they could unload at their preferred next stop. During the move, one constantly checked the time and rushed the process. While they handled items decently and seem to listen to my instructions about the dining room set, they failed to unload key pieces (dining chairs) at the correct stop. With time still remaining, they refused to correct the mistake and left early without discussion or even a proper goodbye. I need the code and leave a review, were their last words I appreciated the help, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability was disappointing. Given they rushed out 30mins early, a partial refund is warranted.

• I had a broken table that the mobile movers to the top off not realizing it one whole piece and wasn’t supposed to be separated
