Rico accommodated us on short 2 day notice after another vendor from moving help failed to confirm or respond despite customer service attempts. He drove down to Racine from Milwaukee to serve us.. Rico did a great job of communicating from start to finish. Eventhough he had already done other moves before mine, he and his teammate were patient, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again in the future.
