    Terry who helped us move was great- we tipped him $50! However, we were supposed to have 2 movers and half an hour before they were to arrive, the company unexpectedly cancelled one of the movers. This had a major impact on our move and we ended up having to take off work to accommodate the extra time it took. The communication with the supervisor was unpleasant- he tried very hard to overcharge us in addition to be unprofessional and cancelling a mover last minute. We agreed to have the one mover stay an extra hour (4 hours) to try to make up for the loss of one mover and he tried to charge us the same price (we booked 2 movers for 3 hours). In hindsight- I knew from our first interaction that this company was sketchy and I should’ve booked with someone else instead. Hopefully reading this will save you the hassle of what we went through!
