Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Juan-Carlos and James did an amazing job with both the loading and unloading process. They handled all of my items with great care and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Booked two hours with this company and they told me over the phone that may have been a tight timeline. I let them know that if we needed more that I would just pay for the additional time. Once the team showed up, it was clear that it would go over the two hours and I contacted them to let them know that it would be at least three hours and at that time I was informed that there was a two hour minimum for anything over the scheduled time at time and a half. This was never communicated during our initial conversation where he explained that two hours would be very tight for the work. Additionally, the team that showed up worked very hard, but did not utilize my truck to its capacity. It was single layer stacked from back to front with nothing on top. Near the end, I started loading items on top to make better use of the space.Team also tried to tell me that the time was up 30 minutes before the two hour timeframe. I let them know that I still have 30 minutes and they continued to work.
